VARDERION Privacy Policy

VARDERION is a paid, offline Android arcade game. The current version does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal data or sensitive user data.

Data collection and sharing

VARDERION does not require an account and does not include advertising, analytics, telemetry, crash-reporting, social-login, cloud-save, tracking, or in-app purchase services.

The game does not send personal data or gameplay data to the developer or to third parties.

Local game data

VARDERION stores only the player's BEST SCORE locally in the application's private local storage as a numeric value. This value is used only to preserve and display the local high score.

The BEST SCORE is not transmitted by VARDERION. Android application backup is disabled for the app, so VARDERION does not intentionally place this score in Android cloud backup through its application configuration.

Permissions

VARDERION requests Android vibration access so gameplay events can provide haptic feedback.

The current version does not request Internet, location, camera, microphone, contacts, phone, storage/media, or advertising-ID permissions.

Data retention and deletion

The locally stored BEST SCORE remains on the device until it is replaced by a higher score, the application's data is cleared, or VARDERION is uninstalled.

Because VARDERION does not create an online account and does not maintain server-side user data, there is no remote account or cloud profile for the developer to delete.

Data security

The game is designed so that its saved high-score data remains in local application storage and is not transmitted by VARDERION.

Children's privacy

VARDERION does not knowingly collect personal information from children or adults because the current version does not collect personal information from users.

Third-party technology

VARDERION uses the LibGDX game framework and standard Android/Kotlin runtime components. The current version does not integrate third-party advertising, analytics, tracking, authentication, or cloud-data services.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

If a future version changes how data is stored or handled, or introduces online services, advertising, analytics, accounts, cloud functionality, billing-related data flows, or other data-processing features, this Privacy Policy will be updated before or together with that release.
